How to use HypeChat (focused on chatting with personas)
Getting started with HypeChat is quick and easy, taking just a couple of minutes. This tool allows you to connect with your own personas, who will provide appropriate feedback, responses, and guidance tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're seeking advice on marketing campaigns, customer support strategies, or social media engagement, HypeChat will ensure you receive professional and personalized assistance to help you achieve your goals.
Step 1. From the Hype home screen, navigate to the menu on the left column and select on "Chat".
Step 2. What was once a bureaucratic hassle is now as easy as clicking a button on your computer. After setting up your personas on CustomerDNA, you can choose one of them to interact with in HypeChat. Whether you need feedback on a new social media post, an article, or guidance on their preferred content, your personas are always ready to provide detailed and relevant feedback to help you succeed. To start interacting with them, just click on one of them. Note that only one expert can assist you at a time.
Step 3. Once you have selected which persona you want to talk to, all you need to do now is ask a question below or send something you would like them to give you feedback on.
Step 3. If you already have a document with the information you want to share with your persona, you can click on the clip on the left-hand side and attach the file. This also works if you need your persona to analyze something you need.
Step 4. Notice that if you’d like, you can also change the title of the chat you’re in so you can remember it later. All your saved chats will be located in the column on the left-hand side of your screen.
